If you’re unable to hear sound from your Miko 3, try the troubleshooting steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check the Volume Level
Say “Hello Miko”, followed by “Increase the volume.”
You can also use the physical volume buttons on top of the robot.
Ensure the volume bar on the screen is set to maximum.
Step 2: Test the Speaker
Go to the Talents tab on Miko 3.
Launch Miko Music and check if the audio plays.
Step 3: Restart Miko 3
If you don’t hear any sound, restart your Miko 3.
Once restarted, open Miko Music again and test the audio.
Step 4: Contact Support
If the speaker still isn’t working after trying the steps above, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
