What Should I Do If My Miko 3 Speaker Isn’t Working?

If you’re unable to hear sound from your Miko 3, try the troubleshooting steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check the Volume Level

• Say “Hello Miko”, followed by “Increase the volume.”

• You can also use the physical volume buttons on top of the robot.

• Ensure the volume bar on the screen is set to maximum.

Step 2: Test the Speaker

• Go to the Talents tab on Miko 3.

• Launch Miko Music and check if the audio plays.

Step 3: Restart Miko 3

• If you don’t hear any sound, restart your Miko 3.

• Once restarted, open Miko Music again and test the audio.
