Use these troubleshooting tips if Miko 3’s camera isn’t working:
- Make sure Miko’s camera shutter is open.
- Go to the Talents tab and open the Camera app. Your camera is working if you can see yourself on the Miko screen.
- If you didn’t see yourself on the screen, go to Miko’s profile page and complete face training.
- Then, initiate a Mikonnect call to Miko from your Parent App.
