What should I do if my Miko 3 power button isn’t working?

If you’re having issues with your power button, please follow these steps:

1. Do a single press on the power button. This should put Miko to sleep. Next, press and hold the power button for four seconds. This should shut down your robot.
2. If Miko 3 isn’t entering sleep mode or shutting down, say “Hello Miko” and command, “Switch off.” If this works, it’s an issue with your power button. 
3. Take a picture of your power button and send it to a member of our support team.
