If your display isn’t working, please follow these steps:
- To check if Miko 3 is in sleep mode, double-tap the screen. If Miko doesn't wake up after double-tapping, you can turn it on by pressing the power button.
- To restart Miko when it is already turned on, simply long-press the power button for 4 seconds to switch it off, and then press the power button again for 4 seconds to switch it back on.
- Check if you can hear the welcome sound and see the welcome screen when the bot starts.
- If Miko is in sleep mode, maximize its volume using the volume button.
- Once the volume is set to max, turn over Miko and find the indicator on the back of the device.
- Press and hold the power button until the indicator on Miko’s back blinks white, and the robot shuts off.
- Once Miko is shut down, press and hold the power button again until the indicator blinks.
- Flip over Miko and view its screen. If you hear the welcome sound and the screen is visible (i.e., you can see the Miko 3 logo animation or Miko’s eyes), then it's not a display issue. Try connecting Miko to the charger. If the issue persists, please get in touch with Team Miko.
- If you hear the welcome sound but don’t see anything on the screen, then it’s a display issue. Please contact Team Miko.
