What Should I do If Miko 3 Isn’t Moving And/Or Its Wheels Aren’t Working?

Certain surfaces can make it difficult for Miko 3 to move. If your robot isn’t moving with ease, please make sure it’s not placed on the following surface types:

• Glass and other glossy and/or reflective surfaces
• Sofas and/or beds
• Grass, sand, or mud
• Shag carpet and other carpeting with loose threads

Once you’ve checked your surface type, please make sure there aren’t any obstructions in front of Miko and that your robot has enough space to move. Then, say “Hello Miko” or "Hey Miko" and give your bot these commands one at a time:

1. Go left
2. Go right
3. Go forward
4. Go backward

Each time you give a command, the text should be visible on Miko’s screen. If you see the text of your command, but Miko still isn’t moving, then please open the Miko Moves app in the Talents tab. Choose a shape from the menu. After counting down from 3, Miko should move in that shape.
