If you’re having issues with Miko 3’s volume button, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Increase and decrease the volume using the button.
- If this doesn’t work, say "Hello Miko.” Then, tell Miko, “Set the volume to max."
- Once the volume is set to max, launch Miko Music on the Talents tab to verify that your robot’s speakers are working.
- If you hear sound while playing a song and can adjust the volume through Miko’s settings and voice commands — but not from the button — your volume button isn’t working. Please get in touch with customer care.
