If the volume button on your Miko 3 isn’t responding as expected, try the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Test the Volume Button
Press the volume up and volume down buttons on your Miko 3.
Check if the volume level changes on the screen.
Step 2: Test Volume Using Voice Commands
If the button doesn’t work:
Say “Hello Miko”
Then say “Set the volume to max.”
This helps confirm whether the issue is limited to the button or affects the speaker as well.
Step 3: Verify Speaker Functionality
Go to the Talents tab on Miko.
Launch Miko Music.
Check if you can hear audio clearly.
What this tells you:
✅ Sound plays & volume changes via voice/settings → The volume button may be faulty
❌ No sound at all → The issue may be related to the speaker, not the button
Step 4: Contact Customer Support
If the volume works via voice commands or settings but not through the physical button, please reach out to Team Miko for further assistance.
