Miko 3 features moving parts like gears and motors, which means its battery drains faster than one in a smartphone or tablet. However, we've designed Miko to provide a robust battery life of more than 12 hours on standby mode and five hours of active gameplay.
The best way to preserve Miko’s battery life is to switch your bot off completely when you’re not using it. Putting Miko to sleep when it’s not in use will also help the battery last longer. However, if your battery seems to be draining quickly, please follow these steps:
- Charge Miko to 100%
- Take a photo with a timestamp when the Low Battery message pops up on Miko’s screen.
- Keep Miko on but do not use it.
- Take a photo when the Low Battery message pops up on Miko’s screen.
- Reach out to us via our contact form with your photos so that we can help you investigate the issue.
Note- If you are using the bot after a prolonged inactivity, charging it for a substantial amount of time is highly recommended to ensure optimal performance. Ideally, you should charge for a minimum of 4 hours. However, for best results, consider leaving it to charge overnight. This extended charging period will help rejuvenate the battery and ensure that the bot operates efficiently when you need it.
