If you accidentally placed the wrong order, please reach out to our customer support team right away to try to cancel it. We’ll do our best to cancel your order, but if it’s already in the fulfillment process, we won’t be able to stop it.
If that happens, here’s what you can do:

Place a New Order:
Order the correct Miko as soon as you can. -
Start a Return:
After you receive the original order, you can request a return by clicking here. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order. - Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Label:
- If you placed your order through our website and are located in the United States, we will provide you with a return label to simplify the return process.
- If you are located in India, we will arrange a pickup.
- If you are located in any other country, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Important: Mandatory checks to be completed before returning your Miko robot.
