If your Miko Mini is stuck on a specific screen below (e.g., Wi-Fi screen error) while using iHeart, don't worry!
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Solution 1:
Try connecting via mobile Hotspot
- On your smartphone, go to Settings > Mobile Hotspot > Enable Mobile Hotspot
- Open the Miko App on your phone
- Go to Settings for your Miko Mini.
- Select your mobile hotspot network from the list.
- Enter the password and connect.
Please try playing your playlists on iHeart again — they should now work properly.
If the above steps don’t work, please try the following steps below.
Solution 2:
- Access Wi-Fi Router settings from your phone or computer
- Go to DNS settings - Open a web browser (like Chrome or Safari). In the address bar, type your router’s IP address and press Enter
- Login with your username and password
- Navigate to Network - Tap on Advanced to locate the DNS Settings
- If DNS is set to Automatic / or ISP-provided, change to Manually selected
- Set the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS service)
- Set the Alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4 (Secondary Google DNS)
- Save the settings, and restart the router.
Please try playing your playlists on iHeart again — Playlists should work now
