If you hear a grinding noise coming from your Miko Chessboard, there's no need to worry. Simply switch off the board and follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1:
- Check if the Shipping Lock is removed completely. Please click here to check how to remove
Shipping Lock - Charge the board for 3-4 hours and try with a new game play
Step 2: If the issue still persists please follow the below steps,
- Ensure the board is placed vertically and the Miko logo is downward side, Tilt the board by lifting it from the side of the logo.
- Repeat this tilting motion a few times.
- After tilting, restart the chessboard. By performing these steps, you should be able to eliminate the grinding noise and restore the normal functioning of your Miko Chessboard.
