If a chess piece is not moving on the Miko chessboard, you can try a few troubleshooting steps.
-
Firstly, switch off the Miko Chessboard and charge it for 3-4hours. This will ensure that the board has enough power to function properly.
-
The chess pieces should be aligned correctly i.e., white pieces on the side of the board with Square Off logo and black pieces on the opposite side.
-
Check whose turn it is on the App. If you are white, you will need to make the first move on the board.
-
Restart the board and the App.
-
You can try replacing the problematic piece with a Pawn to see if it works. Sometimes, a specific chess piece may have a technical issue that prevents it from moving correctly.
If none of these steps resolve the problem, you can contact customer support, and we will be happy to assist you.
