If you’re experiencing an issue with your Miko product, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below to raise a warranty claim smoothly.
1. Contact Miko Support First
Before initiating a warranty claim, reach out to our support team. Many issues can be resolved quickly through remote troubleshooting.
Email: support@miko.ai
Live Chat: Available on miko.ai or the Miko Parent App
Our team will guide you through the initial checks to understand the issue better.
2. Verification of Warranty Status
If the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect, we will:
Check whether your product is still under active warranty.
Ask you to share the purchase invoice or order confirmation to validate the warranty period.
If the product is outside the warranty period, don’t worry—paid repair services are still available (details below).
3. Sending Your Product for Inspection
If required, our team may ask you to ship your Miko device to our service center for a detailed inspection.
Shipping instructions and address will be provided by our support team.
Once received, the product will be assessed to confirm the nature of the issue.
Based on the findings, your product will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty policy.
4. Understanding Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
-
Physical damage due to rough usage, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
In such cases, you may be asked to bear the repair and shipping costs.
If your product’s warranty has expired, you can still contact us for paid repair options. Our team will share the cost estimate and available solutions.
5. Continuous Support Throughout the Process
Our support team will assist you step-by-step—from troubleshooting to inspection, repair, and final delivery—ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Additional Points
Do not attempt self-repair, as it may void the warranty.
Using third-party accessories or unauthorized chargers may cause damage not covered under warranty.
Always ship the product in safe, protective packaging when sending it for service.
Keep your invoice handy—it speeds up the verification process.
