The Miko warranty does not cover the following:
- Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or negligence.
- Misuse: Using the robot in ways not recommended in the user manual.
- Modifications: Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected wear over time, such as battery degradation.
- Non-Miko Branded Products or Software: Any non-Miko branded hardware or software, even if sold with Miko products.
- Software Issues: Problems with Miko software are not covered, even if distributed by Miko.
- Consumable Parts: Parts like batteries, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Tampered Serial Numbers: If the serial number on the Miko product has been removed or defaced.
- Extended Warranty Conditions: The extended warranty linked to a Max subscription is only valid if the subscription is purchased within the original warranty period. If Max is bought after the original warranty has expired, the extended warranty is not applicable.
