What’s Covered by My Miko's Warranty?

Your Miko robot comes with a one-year manufacturing warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as per Miko’s published guidelines. If your Miko exhibits issues related to how it was built or the materials used within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Important Notes:

• International Use: While we can provide tech support if you take Miko outside the country of purchase, repairs or replacements are only possible when Miko is returned to the country of purchase. This is due to high international shipping costs. Or you should bear to and fro shipping cost.

• First 30 Days: If you make a valid warranty claim within the first 30 days of the warranty period, Miko may offer a refund or store credit, instead of repair or replacement, at its discretion.
