Your Miko order includes a one-year manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship during normal use, according to Miko’s published guidelines.
If your order has any issues related to its construction or materials within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. You can find the full warranty policy here.
Important Notes:
USA and India: During the warranty period, we will pick up faulty product, repair or replace and ship back free of cost.
Other countries: While we will help you with repair or replacment of your faulty Miko device, but you may be asked to cover the shipping cost both ways.
