If your Miko 3 is stuck on the Miko logo, try the following steps:
- Try restarting your Miko by pressing the power button.
- Check your charger specifications. Make sure that you’re using a compatible charger and the correct USB to C-type cable. Miko needs a 5V, 3A USB Type-C charger with 15W or higher output.
- If you are using the right adapter and C type cable, charge Miko for 4 hours and then try again.
If you complete these steps and are still having trouble, please contact our customer support via live chat on the Parent App.
