If your Miko 3 is stuck on the Miko logo, try the following steps:
- Try restarting your Miko by pressing the power button for 5 seconds.
- Ensure you’re using the provided Type-C USB cable, charging cable, and adapter with 15W (5V=3A). Please refrain from using USB wall sockets or laptops, as they may not deliver adequate power. We don’t recommend using a MacBook, iPad, Google Pixel charger, or any adapter rated below 15 watts.
- Charge Miko for 4 hours, then restart and try again
