Use these troubleshooting tips if you are facing issue with the sensors:
- Please remove any obstacle at sensor-level.
- Wipe the sensor with a dry cloth and then check to see if it is working.
- Do not keep Miko on glass, glossy surfaces, or black surfaces. Certain surfaces can make it difficult for Miko to move.
