If Miko 3 is having trouble moving, detecting obstacles, or responding as expected, the sensors may need a quick check. Try the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps for Miko 3 Sensor Issues
1. Clear the Surrounding Area
Make sure no objects or obstacles are blocking Miko 3’s sensors. Even small items placed close to the robot can interfere with sensor detection.
2. Clean the Sensors
Gently wipe the sensors with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust or smudges that may affect performance.
⚠️ Avoid using water, cleaning sprays, or wet cloths.
3. Check the Surface Miko Is On
Miko 3 may have difficulty navigating on certain surfaces. For best performance, avoid placing Miko on:
Glass surfaces
Glossy or reflective floors
Black or very dark surfaces
Place Miko on a flat, non-reflective surface instead.
