What do I do if I have problems with the Miko 3 mute button?

If you are having problems with the Miko 3 mute button, please try the following steps:

• Check the mute button several times to see if your robot will mute and/or unmute.
• Give the command "Hello Miko, mute yourself" and see if Miko mutes itself.
• If you still have problems, restart your Miko by pressing the power button for four seconds and then again for four seconds when Miko powers off.
