If the mute button on your Miko 3 isn’t working as expected, try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1: Test the Mute Button
Press the mute button multiple times to check if Miko mutes or unmutes.
Watch for visual or audio cues indicating the mute status has changed.
Step 2: Use a Voice Command
Try muting Miko using a voice command:
Say “Hello Miko, mute yourself.”
If Miko responds correctly, the issue may be limited to the physical button.
Step 3: Restart Miko 3
Restarting the robot can resolve temporary glitches:
Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to turn Miko off.
Once powered off, press and hold the power button again for 4 seconds to turn it back on.
