What Should I Do If I’m Having Issues With the Miko 3 Mute Button?

If the mute button on your Miko 3 isn’t working as expected, try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1: Test the Mute Button

• Press the mute button multiple times to check if Miko mutes or unmutes.

• Watch for visual or audio cues indicating the mute status has changed.

Step 2: Use a Voice Command

Try muting Miko using a voice command:

• Say “Hello Miko, mute yourself.”

If Miko responds correctly, the issue may be limited to the physical button.

Step 3: Restart Miko 3

Restarting the robot can resolve temporary glitches:

1. Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to turn Miko off.

2. Once powered off, press and hold the power button again for 4 seconds to turn it back on.
