Minimum Speed Requirement

• General usage:

  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload and download speed

  • Miko should be within 5 meters (16 feet) of the router

• Mobile hotspot:

  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload and download speed

  • Recommended distance: within 2 meters of the hotspot device

For Mikonnect (Video Calling)

To use Mikonnect video calling, a stronger connection is required:

• Minimum 10 Mbps upload and download speed
