What Is Mikonnect Video Calling on Miko 3?

Mikonnect is a secure, two-way video calling feature that allows parents and children to stay connected through the Miko 3 robot and the Miko App.

With Mikonnect, parents can video call their child anytime, and kids can also initiate calls to their parents directly from Miko 3.

How Mikonnect Works

Parent-Initiated Video Calls

Parents can start a video call from the Miko App by following these steps:

1. Open the Miko App

2. Tap Call under the Parent Zone

3. Enter your Passcode

4. Tap the “Video Call Miko” icon at the bottom of the screen

Your child will receive a notification on Miko 3’s home screen to answer the call.

Child-Initiated Video Calls

Children can start a video call to their parents directly from Miko 3:

1. On Miko 3’s home screen, tap the three dots

2. Select Mikonnect

3. Tap “Call Parent”
