Additionally, Miko Mini has a unique navigation feature that lets you remotely control the robot during the call. Whether you want to move Miko Mini left, right, or forward, you can guide it with ease, making the interaction fun and dynamic.
Parent Initiated Calls: To start a video call, follow the below steps,
- Open the Miko App and click on "Call" under the Parent Zone.
- Enter your Passcode to enter the Parent Zone.
- You’ll see a "Video Call Miko" icon on the bottom of the screen
- Click the icon to initiate the video call, and your Miko Mini will automatically answer the call!
Visual and Audio Connection: During the call, parents can see their child through Miko Mini’s wide-angle HD camera and hear voice clearly via the robot’s high-performance speakers.
One-Way Audio for Kids: The Miko device allows the child to hear their parent’s voice and enables the parent to see the child’s video, but the child does not send the video back. This prioritizes privacy and security while still facilitating meaningful interaction.
