How to set up Miko 2?

Setting up your Miko 2 has always been easier! Just follow these simple steps to get your new buddy up and running:

1. Download the Miko 2 Parent App from the IOS App Store/Google Play store.
   (Please note Miko App is compatible only with Android versions below 12 and iOS versions below iOS 17.6.1)
   
2. Once downloaded you must provide basic information like the Parent's Name, e-mail address, and phone number to complete the Sign up process

3. Login with your registered phone or e-mail ID and click on continue and you will receive an One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS or e-mail. This OTP will allow you to sign in to the Miko App securely.

4. After signing in, the app will automatically try to connect with your Bot via Bluetooth. Please turn your mobile device's Bluetooth on to ensure a smooth connection. Don't worry; the app will guide you through this step.
5. Now, it's time to identify your Miko 2 from the list of available devices. You can do this by locating your Bot's Device ID, which can be found at the bottom of your Miko 2. The Device ID consists of the last six digits of the serial number.
6. Once you've selected your Bot from the device list, it's time to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. Choose the Wi-Fi network you want your Miko 2 to use and enter the correct password.
7. Once you've completed the initial setup, Miko will begin updating to the latest software. Please wait while Miko downloads and installs the latest updates. This process may take a few minutes to complete.
8. Once completed with updates, you must charge your Miko 2 to 100% before using it for the first time. This ensures your Bot has enough power to operate efficiently and gives you maximum playtime. 
   
   Congratulations! With these easy steps completed, your Miko 2 setup is now finished and ready to roll! You can now enjoy all the fun and exciting features your new buddy offers.
