Setting up your Miko 2 has always been easier! Just follow these simple steps to get your new buddy up and running:
- Download the Miko 2 Parent app from the IOS App Store/Google Play store. During setup, you must provide basic information like the Parent's Name, Email address, and phone number.
- Once you've entered your details, we'll send you a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. This OTP will allow you to sign in to the parent app securely.
- After signing in, the app will automatically try to connect with your Bot via Bluetooth. Please turn your mobile device's Bluetooth on to ensure a smooth connection. Don't worry; the app will guide you through this step.
- Now, it's time to identify your Miko 2 from the list of available devices. You can do this by locating your Bot's Device ID, which can be found at the bottom of your Miko 2. The Device ID consists of the last six digits of the serial number.
- Once you've selected your Bot from the device list, it's time to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. Choose the Wi-Fi network you want your Miko 2 to use and enter the correct password.
- Once you've completed the initial setup, you must charge your Miko 2 to 100% before using it for the first time. This ensures your Bot has enough power to operate efficiently and gives you maximum playtime. Additionally, we recommend updating your Bot to the latest software version.
