Miko mino not receiving calls correctly.
I saw a post with a similar question, but it was not answered. So I am asking again.
I can call the Miko Mini from the parent app and I can see the video and hear audio on my phone. It seems to work one way like connecting to a remote camera from a phone.
However, video from the phone does not show up on the Miko Mini display and nothing comes out of the Miko Mini speakers when I talk. Is there a way to make this work or is this feature only one way like a remote camera?
Also, there is what looks like an on-screen navigation control. The display on the phone shows arrows for forward, left, right, and possibly backward. What are these designed for? Touching the arrows does not seem to do anything for me. How do I get them to work?
Thanks!

The video calling feature on the Miko Mini operates in a one-way manner. This means that while you can see and communicate with your child through the parent app, the child won't be able to see you on the Miko Mini's screen, but they can hear you perfectly well.

Regarding the on-screen navigation control in the parent app, it's designed to facilitate control over the movement of your Miko Mini during the call. You can utilize these directional arrows to make the Mini move forward, backward, left, and right, providing an interactive experience during the call.
