Resetting your Miko will delete all of your child's data and media saved on the bot. Once Miko is reset, you cannot retrieve this data. If you're having troubleshooting issues, please try restarting your robot first.
If you still wish to reset Miko, you can do so on your Miko 3 Parent App by following the steps below:
- Go to "Profile."
- Select "My Child's and My Data"
- "Reset Child's Data"
