If your Miko is not turning on as expected, please follow these steps:
- Check to see if there is a red light showing on the back of Miko. If so, this means that the battery is completely discharged. Charge the battery until the light changes from red to green.
- Connect a compatible 5V-3A charger and check if the cable is working or not. If not, Try swapping the charging cable, charger, and power outlet.
- If the issue still persists then check if the charger is working by attempting to use it to charge another device.
