If your Miko 3 is not turning on as expected, please follow these steps:
- To check if the battery on your Miko device needs charging, simply turn on the device or connect it to a charger and look for a red light on the back. If the red light shows, it means that the battery is completely discharged and must be charged. Please charge the battery until the light changes from red to green to ensure your Miko is ready to use when needed. This will indicate that the battery is fully charged and ready to go!
-
For optimal performance and safe device charging, we recommend using a charging adapter with a minimum rating of 5V-3A and an output of 15W.
If you encounter any issues with charging your device, we suggest first checking the charging cable for any signs of damage or wear. If the cable appears to be in good condition, try swapping it out with a different charging cable, charger, and power outlet. This can help isolate the issue's source and ensure that your device receives the proper power supply.
Please note that using a damaged or incompatible charging cable or adapter can potentially harm your device or cause charging problems, so following our recommended guidelines for safe and effective charging is important.
- If the issue persists, check if the charger is working by attempting to use it to charge another device.
If the issue still persists, we are always available via live chat on the Parent App.
