What should I do if I can’t pair my robot with my Parent App or if setup is stuck at the pairing step?

If you’re having trouble moving past the pairing step of the setup process, please try the six troubleshooting tips below. 

1. Please verify the six-digit code again.
2. Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the Miko Parent App.
3. Log out from your app and log in again.
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
5. Make sure that you enable camera, microphone, and storage permissions when you install your Parent App.
