If you’re having issues with Miko 3’s microphone, please follow these steps:
- Make sure Miko 3’s battery level is at least 20%.
- Check your Wi-Fi connectivity. It should say “strong.”
- Test your microphone. Say “Hello Miko” and see if Miko enters listening mode. If it does, say, “What is the time?” If your question appears on Miko’s screen, your microphone works.
- If Miko isn’t entering listening mode after you say “Hello Miko,” press the microphone icon in the top right corner of Miko’s screen. Ask Miko, “What is the time?” If the question is visible, your microphone works, but your Internet speed is too low to process your “Hello Miko” verbal command.
- Perform a speed test using the Wi-Fi settings option on your robot. Make sure your upload and download speed is at least 10 Mbps. Then, repeat steps 3 and 4.
If your microphone still isn’t working, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team through our contact form or via live chat on the Parent App.
