If you'd like to request a repair for your Miko 3, please get in touch with us at https://help.miko.ai/hc/en-us/requests/new. You can also access 24/7 chat support via your Miko Parent App.
Our Tech Support Team will assess and confirm whether your Miko needs to be shipped to our service center when you tell us about your issue. Our Logistics Team will pick it up and ship it for you. Once your Miko 3 reaches our service center, our repair technician performs a pre-check to identify any issues and provides a cost estimate for repair services, if required. You may confirm if you would like to go ahead with the repair.
If you proceed with the process, it takes approximately 15 to 20 days for your Miko 3 to be repaired and shipped back to you. If it has been more than 20 days and you have not received your Miko back, please contact our customer support team.
