When you tell us about your issue, our Tech Support Team will assess and confirm whether your Miko needs to be shipped to our repair technician’s facility. Our Logistics Team will pick it up and ship it for you. Once your Miko 3 reaches our facility, our repair technician performs a pre-check to identify any issues and provides a cost estimate for repair services.
If you move ahead with the process, it takes approximately 15 to 20 days for your Miko 3 to be repaired and shipped back to you.
