We offer a 30-day return policy for manufacturing defects. If you have ordered on our website, from and within the USA, UK, Hong Kong, or India you will be refunded the complete amount. For other locations, your refunded amount may exclude shipping and customs charges, and it will be processed after the shipment is delivered to our warehouse. Miko Max subscription is non-refundable.
