How do I return my Miko 3?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return Miko. If your order is already shipped or if you have already received the bot and would wish to return it, you can do so using this link- Return Request. Enter your order number and the email address that you used while placing the order.

We offer a 30-day return policy for manufacturing defects. If you have ordered on our website, from and within the USA, UK, Hong Kong, or India you will be refunded the complete amount. For other locations, your refunded amount may exclude shipping and customs charges, and it will be processed after the shipment is delivered to our warehouse. Miko Max subscription is non-refundable.
