The following costs may be charged for the repair/replacement of Miko:
1. Repair/replacement cost:
The repair cost varies depending upon the extent of repairs required, and if it's a valid warranty claim. When your Miko reaches our service center, our repair technician performs a pre-check to identify any issues and provides a quotation for repair services, if applicable. You may confirm if you would like to go ahead with the repair. If the Miko is beyond repair, we will suggest a replacement.
2. Shipping costs & taxes:
Under Warranty - If your unit is currently under warranty and you reside within the USA, UK, Europe, KSA, UAE, Hong Kong, or India you will get a repair/replacement for a valid warranty claim at no additional cost. For other locations, you will be charged two-way shipping costs for repair/replacement and local taxes as applicable.
Outside Warranty - For all out-of-warranty products and invalid warranty claims, you will be charged a two-way shipping cost for repair/replacement and local taxes as applicable.
