Do I have to pay customs and shipping charges for my Miko 3 repair/replacement?

If your unit is currently under warranty and you reside within USA, UK, Europe, KSA, UAE, Hong Kong, or India you will get a repair/replacement for a valid warranty claim at no additional cost. For other locations, you will be charged two-way shipping costs for repair/replacement. 

For all out-of-warranty products and invalid warranty claims, you will be charged two-way shipping cost for repair/replacement.
