Stuck on Permissions Needed Page on the Miko App

If you’re stuck on the Permissions Needed page during setup and unable to proceed, adjusting the Display zoom and reducing the text size on your device can help reveal all the content.

Steps to Reduce Text Size

For iOS Devices:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Go to Display & Brightness.
• Scroll to the bottom and select Display Zoom.
• If it's not already set to Default, select it and tap Done.
• Next, go back to Display & Brightness and tap on Text Size.
• Move the slider to the left to decrease the text size.

For Android Devices:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Go to Display settings.
• Search for and select Display or Screen Zoom.
• Reduce the zoom size.
• Next, go back to Display & Brightness and tap on Text or Font Size.
• Move the slider to the left to decrease the text size.

Relaunch the Miko Apps

After adjusting the text size:

1. Close and relaunch the Miko App.

2. You should now be able to see all the content and button to proceed with the setup.
