How to Reset Your Miko Mini Robot?

Resetting your Miko Mini will delete your child's data and media saved on the bot. Once Miko is reset, you cannot retrieve this data. If you're having troubleshooting issues, please try restarting your robot first.

Please note- If you decide to reset and give away or gift your Miko Mini, it is crucial to first unsubscribe from the Max subscription. This step ensures that you will not incur charges for the recurring subscription after transferring ownership.

On the Miko App:

• Unlink Mini from the Miko App.
• Log out of the Miko App.

On your Miko Mini:

• Hold down the "Mic Off" button for 15 seconds.
• Allow Mini to complete the following message: "You switched off my mic. Switch it back on to play."
• Hold down the "Volume Minus" button for 10 seconds.
• Wait for Miko to restart automatically; manually restart if the screen becomes unresponsive.
• After restart, read the setup message: "Hello, thank you for unboxing me."
• This indicates that Miko has been reset to the setup page.
