If you encounter an error (such as the one shown above) while downloading updates on your Miko Mini, don’t worry! Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check if home Wi-Fi is working and has an internet connection
- Miko needs to be connected to a stable internet connection to update and function. Please ensure that your Wi-Fi and Internet are functional

Keep Miko on Charging
- Use the cable provided by Miko and a 15W Charger adapter
- Keep Miko on charging during the next steps
- When Miko is on, you should see a Green LED blinking. LED won't turn on when Miko is off.

Reconnect Miko to Wi-Fi
- Go to the Settings section on the Miko app.
- Click on Manage Wi-Fi under your Miko Mini.
- Follow the prompts to complete the Wi-Fi Setup.
- Stay within 15 feet of your Wi-Fi router for better connectivity.
- It is recommended to connect to a phone hotspot from another phone or another Wi-FI network

Check for Network Restrictions:
- Verify if there’s a firewall or any restrictions on your network that might be preventing Miko from connecting to the internet.
- If network restrictions are identified, switch to another Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot without these limitations.
