Troubleshooting: Error While Downloading Updates on Miko Mini

If you encounter an error (such as the one shown above) while downloading updates on your Miko Mini, don’t worry! Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Continue the Setup on the Miko App:

   • Open the Miko app and update your child's profile.
   • Complete the Max activation process.

2. Proceed with the Wi-Fi Setup:

   • Go to the Profile section on the Parent app.
   • Click on your Miko Mini under Paired Devices.
   • Follow the prompts to complete the Wi-Fi Setup.
   • Stay within 15 feet from your Wi-Fi router for better connectivity.

3. Check for Network Restrictions:

   • Verify if there’s a firewall or any restrictions on your network that might be preventing Miko from connecting to the internet.
   • If network restrictions are identified, switch to another Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot without these limitations. Or try restarting your Wi-Fi router.
