- Press the power button once to bring Miko back to the home screen (You can see a small Home icon on the top left corner)
- Once you are on the home screen, try asking questions like "Hey Miko, What is the time?" to ensure the internet connection is proper. If you get a fallback, please connect to a stronger internet.
- If you cannot come back to the home screen, unplug the charger and press the power button for 10 seconds to switch off your Miko.
- After waiting for 60 seconds, press the power button for 5 seconds to switch on the device.
