If you're having trouble with Miko Mini’s power button, try these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Standard Power Down: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to attempt a standard shutdown.
2. Voice Command Power Off: Say "Hey Miko," followed by the command "Switch off" to see if Miko responds and powers down.
3. Force Shutdown: Unplug the charger, then press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. This should force Miko to switch off.
