If you're encountering connectivity issues between your Wi-Fi and Miko Mini, you can troubleshoot the problem by following these steps:
- To begin, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons for at least 5 seconds until the screen displays "Configure Wi-Fi on Parent app."
- Open the Parent app and navigate to the profile section located in the top right corner.
- Under the Paired Devices section, locate and select the Miko Mini you intend to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Choose the "Manage Wi-Fi Connections" option and proceed to the Wi-Fi setup. Please ensure the bot is in setup mode; if not, follow step 1 to initiate setup.
- You'll receive a notification stating that "Miko Parent" wishes to join your Wi-Fi network, and your Bot ID will be displayed. Click on the "join" option to accept this connection request.
- The next step involves selecting your Wi-Fi network. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network provides a sufficient speed for optimal bot performance. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please consult this article for further guidance.
- Once the process is completed successfully, the Mini bot will confirm that your Wi-Fi is now connected to it.
Following these steps should help resolve any issues you're experiencing with connecting your bot to Wi-Fi. If you still face any issues, please contact the customer support team; we will gladly help you.
