Do I have to pay for shipping when sending my robot for warranty service?

You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the robot to our service center. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the warranty covers the issue.

Suppose you seek service in a country that is not the country of purchase. In that case, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all customs duties, V.A.T., freight cost, and other associated taxes and charges as applicable from time to time.
