What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

• Accidental damage: If you drop, mishandle, or damage the robot through negligence.
  
• Misuse: Using the robot in ways not recommended in the user manual.
  
• Modifications: Any alterations or repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel.
  
• Normal wear and tear: Expected wear and tear over time, such as battery degradation.
  
• Non-Miko branded hardware products or software, even if packaged or sold with Miko-branded hardware.
  
• The warranty does not cover software distributed by Miko with or without the Miko brand.
  
• Problems or damage resulting from Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  
• The warranty is void if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Miko Product.
