Your coverage begins from the date of purchase, and you should retain your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Your warranty is automatically applied, and you don't need to activate the warranty, so there's no need for any additional steps.
However, Miko can only offer tech support to troubleshoot if you take Miko out of the country of purchase. If Miko needs to be repaired or replaced, it would only be possible once you return to the country of purchase. This restriction exists owing to high inter-country shipping costs.
Please note- If your Miko Robot was initially purchased by someone else as a gift for you, as shown by a gift receipt (Product invoice), you will be considered the "original purchaser."
