Miko is covered with a one-year manufacturing warranty. It warrants against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use under Miko's published guidelines. If your Miko Robot exhibits issues with how it was built or the materials used within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it. Additionally, we can only offer tech support to troubleshoot if you take Miko out of the country of purchase. However, if Miko needs to be repaired or replaced, it would only be possible once you return to the country of purchase. This restriction exists owing to high inter-country shipping costs.
Please Note- If you submit a valid claim to Miko or an ASP (Authorized Service Provider) during the first 30 days in the Warranty Period, instead of the repair or replacement options, Miko may, at its sole option, provide a refund or store credit for your Miko Product.
