Before setting up the bot's Wi-Fi connection, please ensure your Wi-Fi network is protected with WPA2-PSK security. Open networks like cafes, hotels, or airports with firewall network security are not supported for security reasons.
Once your Wi-Fi network is secured, follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection:
- Check the Miko 2's battery level, ensuring it shows at least three charge bars.
- Ensure your bot is within a 2-meter radius of the phone with the App.
- Verify that Miko 2 is within the Wi-Fi range and on the 2.4 GHz frequency, as it doesn't support 5 GHz.
- Ensure the Miko 2 parent App is updated with the latest version.
- Try connecting the bot with your Mobile Hotspot and check if it works. For iPhone users, please ensure your hotspot name includes no special characters.
