If you're having issues charging your Miko 2 robot, please follow these steps:
- Connect to the charger and see if the LED light above the charging port is green
- Check if the LED light on the charger is glowing green. Ensure you are using the original Miko 2 charger
- Plug the charger into the Bot and see if the rim lights on Miko 2 turn green and pulsate.
- If the above step doesn't work, you can connect a mobile phone charger and check if the charging port functions correctly.
