What should I do if my Miko 2 isn’t charging?

If you're having issues charging your Miko 2 robot, please follow these steps:

1. Connect to the charger and see if the LED light above the charging port is green
2. Check if the LED light on the charger is glowing green. Ensure you are using the original Miko 2 charger
3. Plug the charger into the Bot and see if the rim lights on Miko 2 turn green and pulsate.
4. If the above step doesn't work, you can connect a mobile phone charger and check if the charging port functions correctly.
