If you have a used Miko robot that you are either returning to the seller or giving away to someone, it's important to go through the following steps to delete all of your personal information:
- Unsubscribe Max- If you have chosen to enroll in an auto-renewal of Max subscription, it is important to unsubscribe to avoid any potential charges in the future. You can do so by clicking on "Manage your account" under your profile.
- Unlink- To unlink your Miko from the Miko Parent app, go to the "Profile" section on the Parent app. Navigate to the "Paired devices" list and select the specific Bot you want to unlink. Follow by clicking on "Unlink Miko."
- Reset your Miko- Contact our customer support team for expert assistance in thoroughly resetting your Miko, ensuring the removal of all personal information.
